About the Artist
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in an Italian family. I currently reside in Spain.
I took up painting when I was 15 years old and little by little I started discovering colors and techniques... As soon as I could, I joined ateliers to keep on discovering. I deepened oil painting with my maestro, S. Stitchkin, in Santiago de Chile.
Life took me to different countries: all my paintings have a little of all of them.
I love teaching how to paint, I’m a vocational teacher: I had students of the whole world.
Many of my works have been exhibited in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Japan, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany and Italy and many others are hung in houses and institutions in USA, Argentina, Spain, Canada, England, Chile and Italy.
The starting point is always an emotion I want to transmit to you. It’s followed by an investigation’s process about format selection, color and composition strategy, which are the means I express myself with. I use the impressionist technique as language, which I try to renew with a contemporary approach. The topic is just an excuse to share that emotion: still lives or interiors, as evidence of human beings interacting with their surroundings; landscapes, gardens and flowers or telling you stories with figures in different situations of the everyday life.
The message will be focused always in the happiness of living, in the hope to help you to embellish your life with my art.
