JF100 - Felix Revello de Toro (1926)
Felix Revello de Toro (Malaga, June 10, 1926) is a Spanish painter.
His first exhibition to take place in 1938, when he was 10 years. At 16 he received his first professional assignment to a local fraternity. The following year he received a scholarship to study in Madrid for five years at the Royal Academy of San Fernando. Then obtains another scholarship that allowed him to remain in Rome in 1951. From 1953 begins to recognize his work. He was professor of Fine Arts in Barcelona, at the School of the Llotja, and is honorary member of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Telmo since 1987.
